Hair styling is not just a profession for me—it is an art and a passion that has accompanied me for 13 years. My career as a hairstylist spans fashion shows, editorial shoots, and salon work.
I have worked at Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week and was part of the team at Copenhagen Fashion Week under the direction of Massimo Morello, where we created hairstyles for designers such as Henrik Vibskov, MKDT, and Lovechild. My journey has also taken me to London Fashion Week, where I worked on the Marques Almeida show.
At my salon, STRUCTURE by Monika Kalická, in Bratislava, I take care of my clients while leading a strong team of professionals. For me, a personalized approach, precision, and creating hairstyles that enhance individual beautyare essential.
My work has been featured in magazines such as Top Fashion, Feminity, EMMA, EVA, Lucy’s Magazine, Imute Magazine, GRIS Magazine, and SICKY Magazine, and I have also worked on campaigns for NESPRESSO, H&M, NEHERA, LET’S DANCE, and Kristína Ptačin.
For the past 8 years, I have been an educator in the field of hairstyling, regularly attending international training sessions to learn new techniques and gain fresh inspiration. I love traveling, discovering new places and cultures that inspire my creativity. I am constantly seeking new challenges that push me forward, and I believe that self-care is an essential part of both beauty and professional growth.
For me, hairstyling is art, discipline, and an endless source of inspiration.
